Why everything ships folded
We fold every piece by hand, in tissue and paper, the way we would fold it into a drawer at home. Here is how, and why it saves a parcel a week.

Every order leaves the studio folded the way you would fold it into a drawer: sleeves in, collar up, one crease and no more. It takes Rosa about ninety seconds a piece.
Fewer boxes, smaller boxes
A folded knit fits in a paper envelope instead of a box. Most orders now go out in one of three sizes of recycled paper, tied with cotton string, and the carrier charges us less to send them.
It arrives ready to wear
Nothing is crushed in plastic, so nothing needs steaming. Shirts are folded around a sheet of card so the placket stays straight.
If you would rather it arrived on a hanger, write it in the order note. We will grumble, then do it.
